Bart Z. Kolosowski

My name is Bartlomiej Zygmunt Kolosowski, or Bartolomeo, or simply Bart.

I build things in places where they did not exist.
Since 2015 I have grown new services for the energy industry across Southern Europe — Italy, France, Spain, Greece — starting from nothing: no clients, no team, no structure. Today we are fifty people and we exceed ten million euros in revenue.

Before that, offshore wind construction sites in the North Sea. Before that, manufacturing supervision in inland China — far from the megacities, in places where everything is foreign and nothing is taken for granted.

The thread is not sectoral. It is not energy, it is not offshore, it is not industry. It is starting from zero, from an unknown place, without a map — observing, listening, understanding what is actually there. Not imposing a form, but letting it emerge.

My interest is born in the unknown.
